  We rented a generator from All Pro Rents that kept shutting down throughout our wedding reception, causing the music to stop repeatedly.
  
  My stepdad and one of my groomsmen called A.P.R./Dave repeatedly during the reception and got absolutely no help. In fact, the woman who answered the phone told us the generator was fine and we just had too much plugged into it (eventually we unplugged everything and it still shut down). Long story short, the equipment was faulty and Dave - the owner - only gave us a half refund, blaming the whole situation on us and saying we should have left a voicemail on his cell phone. Poor customer service!
